Walkers Friend walking guides have recently been radically redesigned using the very latest
graphic design and publishing software. The range will be improved, and will now also feature souvenir walking guides with
greater use of photography and other visual enhancements. There will also be stapled as well as ringbound editions available.

Walkers Friend publishes a fabulous range of walking guides. Our easy to use guides are each written by
very experienced walk leaders who live and have an extensive knowledge of the area. There is a growing range of publications now available, together with a growing number of stockists. For customers
who live outside the area, or are unable to visit a stockist, the entire range is also available by mail order. The guides are great value at only £3.50 per copy. Buy 2 - 5 copies by mail order at ony £3.25 each Buy 6 or more copies by mail
order at only £3.00 each. If ordering 2 or more copies
the discount is only available by post owing to the costs of card transactions.

page. Alternatively you may deduct 10% from the above prices. Please remember to quote your membership

About the Guides
Each guide is written by a very experienced walk leader who knows the area covered by the guide extremely
well.
The guides are in handy A5 FORMAT, and come with full route instructions as well as a route diagram.
Guidelines are given on the length of the walk, as well as approximate walking time. (Please be aware that
these are guidelines and depend on each persons walking speed, style, and whether or not they keep to the route!!).
The guides in ringbound format have been designed so that the walk may easily be removed from the
book, and reinserted later., thus removing the need to carry a book around.
